Plant Relocation (Midwest)

HETSCO served as the general contractor for the relocation and reconstruction of a 425 TPD air separation plant from Circleville, OH to Canton, OH and provided the following services:

• Perlite Removal and Replacement
• Bracing and Supports for Cold Box (165'/300,000 lb.) and Argon Column (155'/150,000 lb.) Separation
  
• Relocate Compressors, Motors, Piping Modules, Storage Tanks, Control Room, Switchgear Bldg., Cooling Tower, CW Pumps, PPU Tanks, Transformer, Generator, Vaporizers, Piping.
  
• Provided Transportation for all Equipment
  
• 2 Dimensional Alignment and Erect Cold Box and Argon Column, Piping Modules, Compressors, and Equipment
  
• Removal and replacement of all Column Structural Packing
  
• Grouting of all equipment, pipe supports, tanks, etc.
  
• Pressure Testing of Cold Box and Argon Column and all Associated Piping
  
• Install all Tubing Trays and Pneumatic Tubing
  
• Oxygen Cleaning of necessary Piping
  
• NDT of Weld Requirements to ASME B31.3
  
• Installed Piping Insulation
  
• Painting of Cold Box and Argon Column, Piping, Supports, etc.
