Teresa A. Lancaster, Controller
Ms. Lancaster has been with HETSCO for three years and currently serves as Controller. She is responsible for all internal and external financial reporting. Her duties include all financial operations of HETSCO's business as well as communication to the shareholders and investors of HETSCO. Ms. Lancaster also serves as co-trustee to the HETSCO 401k Plan.
Prior to joining HETSCO, Ms. Lancaster was president and sole investor of a small business located in Greenwood. Previously, Ms. Lancaster spent 12 years at Brylane (currently Redcats, a US division of LaRedoute, France). Ms. Lancaster served as Controller for Lane Bryant Catalog with full financial responsibility for the direct mail women's apparel company with $400M+ annual revenue, as well as Controller for the Roamans division with $200M+ annual revenue. Ms. Lancaster held other financial management positions within another division as well. Prior to Brylane, Ms. Lancaster spent eleven years in management at Howard W. Sams & Co, a publishing/printing company.
Ms. Lancaster holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Illinois State University and an Associate degree in Accounting from Indiana University.
